HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We ship with Australia Post the same or next day of purchase unless we are out of stock and need to make the order that same day. So 4 to 5 days until you receive your order.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS OR IMPORT TAXES? not usually but it can depend and vary through customs.
We accept PAYPAL. Please note that you can pay with your credit card using PAYPAL even if you do not have a PAYPAL account or balance.

We do not refund SALE items. We do NOT refund Intimates so please choose carefully.

Your purchased will be packaged with utmost care to ensure a safe arrival to the destination, if for some reason there is a damage during transit we offer a full refund/replacement of product including postage cost.
We do offer a refund for change of mind within 14 days with postage expenses being paid by the buyer.
As we do sell our products in-store our retail premises and some of our works are one off or limited edition pieces, we do reserve the right to remove a sale if the last item has been sold. We do however offer a full refund or remake the item as identical as possible.
